Wills, Trusts & Inheritance Planning

When you have made a Will, you can rest assured that your assets will be divided and your family provided for, in the way that you wish after your death.

Although most of us do not like to think about it, making a Will is one of the most important things you can do. Without a Will, the Government decides what should happen.

Many Wills are straight forward to prepare, others are more complicated. Various stages in life can influence the need to make a Will or update an existing one: marriage, divorce, having children, buying a home or other property.  It is important to keep a Will under review and up to date.

Let us help you plan for the future

A Will needs Executors who will deal with your estate following your death. Family and friends can fulfil that role but, if no such suitable persons are available, our Partners here can take on that role for you.

We offer a truly personal service and home visits can be made by arrangement with our Wills solicitor, if preferred.

Once you have made your Will with us, we will store it here in safe custody at no charge to you.
